Bad Dad and Pumpkin are two regular customers of the Multiplex 10. While Bad Dad's parenting skills are… dubious, he can't really be all bad, because he does take his little girl to the movies frequently.

Bad Dad and Pumpkin first appeared in the bonus strip #19 1/2: "Boys Don't Make Passes at Girls Who Wear Glasses" found in Multiplex: Chapter 1.

The Blogger writes the movie news blog Movie Make-out and is the bane of Jason's existence. To make matters worse, his personal hygiene is a bit dodgy.

For the past few winters, the Blogger has worked part-time as the Multiplex 10's Santa Claus, in order to get free movies during the busy holiday movie season.

Lydia works as a hair stylist at Dye Another Day, a beauty salon immediately next door to the Multiplex 10 Cinemas. As a film buff, she often watched movies there before or after her shift, but recently started dating the Multiplex 10's very own Jason Atwood after "bonding" over a discussion of Godard.

Jason initially had some difficulty deciding what to do about Lydia, because Devi had re-entered his life at the same time, but eventually decided to call things off with her in order to see where things went with Lydia. "Fate" intervened in the form of Keith, however, when Keith told Lydia about some… less than gentlemanly comments Jason had made early on in their relationship, and she dumped him.
