Anyway, no, sorry, this isn't a bonus update; I wanted to post this strip while this bit of nerd news was still hot. And rather than make it a vote incentive or something for the day, I just figured I'd post it a day early. Anyway, please vote anyway, using the BuzzComix and TopWebComics buttons off to the right! Oh. Here's the full press release from New Line about the announcment. And while the release is a little vague about it, it doesn't look like Peter Jackson will direct.
UPDATE (12/20/07): I'm not sure why some of you come back here constantly, knowing there isn't going to be another update, but guess what? There is one, sorta. Vote at BuzzComix to see another strip from the upcoming ebook collection (as well as the still-a-very-long-ways-off print collection), this time about the Reese Witherspoon starrer Just Like Heaven. The strip is called "Been There, Seen That" and will be found between #s 14 and 15 in the ebook (meaning it takes place in September, 2005). Those of you who miss seeing Jason in a staff uniform, be sure to check it out -- these bonus strips will not be added to the website's archives.
