Trailer Watch: Muppets Most Wanted teaser

A teaser for Muppets Most Wanted has made its way to the interwebs. Starring Ricky Gervais, Ty Burrell and Tina Fey opposite the usual gang of Muppets, the film. Not that you get any of that from this teaser.

The script is by Nicholas Stoller (who co-wrote The Muppets) and The Muppets director James Bobin (who returns as director, as well), but it feels pretty different from the last film, perhaps because Jason Segel isn’t involved this time, but perhaps just because they’re actually on the set of, y’know… a Muppet Show.

Anyway, it comes out in March, 2014.

Trailer Watch: Yet another trailer for The Muppets

If you didn’t know by now, The Muppets are back this Thanksgiving, and here’s what seems like the seventh trailer for it.

“Wokka wokka” had me howling, though. You’ll see.

Trailer Watch: The Muppets full trailer

After a handful of parody trailers (including a Green Lantern-inspired one from a couple of days ago that I didn’t post here), we finally have a full trailer for the The Muppets. (The first one, anyway.)

Jason Segel (who co-wrote the script) really seems to get the Muppets’ brand of corny humor, and Amy Adams in hyperactive mode is practically a living Muppet herself; I don’t think you could ask for a better duo to help bring them back to the big screen this Thanksgiving.

Trailer Watch: Another Muppets teaser trailer!

Hot on the heels of last week’s Green with Envy trailer comes another teaser for The Muppets, the upcoming return of Jim Henson’s second greatest creations (after The Dark Crystal) — once again, courtesy Yahoo! Movies and masquerading as a trailer for another movie. This teaser is clearly a riff on The Hangover Part II‘s teaser, called The Fuzzy Pack.

Check it out:

Once again, The Muppets hits theaters on November 23. It was directed by James Bobin from a script by Jason Segel and Nick Stoller, and it stars Segel, Amy Adams, Chris Cooper, and a host of others.
