……..
What the frak did I just watch?
Fool me four times, shame on me. I’m just wondering how he found time to screw up this movie and the Ninja Turtles flick at the same time.
I knew better after the second one, haven’t even seen the third.
The second one was the only film I ever wanted my money back for.
The first one was not great. The second one was bad.
I can forgive bad. Bad, in its own way, can be entertaining. And the Transformerati over at Shortpacked! were acting like the third movie was the second coming of RoboChrist.
The third movie was bad and *boring*. That’s the part I can’t forgive. Your job, your entire job, was to make a movie about giant robots from outer space that turn into cars and trucks and planes and blow the bolts out of each other, and you made that *boring*? How the heck do you manage that?!
I enjoyed about half an hour of the third one. (For context, I enjoyed maybe fifteen minutes of the first one and none of the second one.)
But part of what I enjoyed about the third film was the downtown Chicago architecture.
45 mins of the third one was fun. The last 45 mins where they just destroyed Chicago. That was fun… We could have skipped the first 90 mins and never noticed. So glad Del Toro gave us Pacific Rim, to show how to properly do giant robot fights in live action/cgi!
I just remember watching the last half of the third movie one night while waiting for all the projectors to drop and hating every minute of it. Then Optimus Prime pulled that Subzero move and something snapped inside of me. I couldn’t stop laughing at that scene.
Wasn’t that the second one? I thought he did that after saying “GIVE ME YOUR FACE” (totally quoted that in the zombie movie… I loved that line; it was so out of place).
Had to look it up on IMDB to make sure I’m right, but yeah, he collected Megatron’s head and spine as a trophy for his mantle I assume.
“less goofy”
Starring Gun Face and Giant Robot Riding Giant Robot Dinosaur.
It’s all relative. The second one had a robot humping a mannequin’s leg. Something like that.
Is that Grimlock?
This version of him, anyway.
Im still taken aback at an apparent trench coat on that above robot
yyeaahhhh
That’s what threw me off when I saw that robot. What the frack?
It’s Vash the Stampede. Only as a robot…in a Michael Bay movie…
That made my head hurt.
Dear god sir, lie down before you hurt yourself anymore!
I have never seen a Transformers movie.
I do INTEND to. Giant robots are enough for me, even if Shia LeBouef and bad scripts (reportedly) are involved. I just happened to be way too busy with school and life at the time they came out.
I don’t care what I saw. Bay has something to do with it and I already know it’s gonna be a piece of sh%t.
Hey, Li Bingbing is in it! I didn’t see her in the trailer, though. They must be featuring her and Han Geng in the Chinese version.
