I would have found a shot of the focus test from inside of the cinema – say, back row of empty seats – might have helped in place of his onscreen time. Not that I think he wasn’t a big help to you with your project, and I realize there may be many valid reasons not to leave on the (now figurative) cutting room floor. Nice choice of music.
